Just because you’re a small company doesn’t mean the benefits you provide your employees need to be small. Small group carriers offer standard benefits plans that can be tailored to meet the needs of your employees by adding a la carte benefits such as vision or chiropractic care. Multi-carrier options are also available for those who want to offer employees a broader choice.
Unisource Insurance Services can help you design a benefits plan that fits your employees’ needs and your company’s budget. We work closely with your Human Resources staff to support them in communicating and managing benefits throughout the year.
