Group Medical Benefits
HMO plans which use a network of physicians, PPO plans that give employees flexibility in seeing the physician of their choice; employers contribute a percentage or flat dollar amount toward the cost of employee coverage
Supplemental Life
Can be offered on an employee-paid or employer-paid basis; a wide range of options are available
Group Dental
HMO or PPO plans available, either employee-paid or employer-paid
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Provides income replacement to help employees make ends meet and maintain their lifestyle if they are unable to work due to an injury or illness
Group Vision
Covers eye exams, frames and lenses at a flat co-pay; your plan can be designed to provide these benefits every twelve- or twenty-four months
Voluntary Benefits
Premiums are paid in full by employees; allows employers to expand their benefits program with no cost to the company. Can include supplemental benefits such as life insurance, disability insurance as well as hospital confinement and critical illness benefits
Section 125 Premium Only Plan (POP)
Allows employees to contribute toward their portion of the premium for benefits on a pre-tax basis; have little or no on-going administrative expense to the employer and can help reduce payroll taxes
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Allowable expenses under this pre-tax plan include premium deductions as well as expenses for medical care, prescription and over-the-counter drugs, plus child and elder care costs
